SPC STEM Student, Lionel Plaisance earned the opportunity to present his research as a concurrent session at the National Community College Cybersecurity Summit (3CS) in Louisiana this summer.  Lionel majors in Cybersecurity at SPC and is also an active member of the Tampa Bay Bridge to Baccalaureate Alliance (TB-B2B)  The alliance was created to encourage minority students in the Tampa Bay Area to successfully transfer into and graduate with bachelor’s degrees in STEM majors.  The program is grant funded by the Nation Science Foundation (NSF) as part of the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP).
