What is the Tampa Bay Bridge to Baccalaureate Program?

The TB-B2B Program provides resources and support to assist students as they work on their STEM degree. The program is grant funded by the Nation Science Foundation (NSF) as part of the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP).

The goals of this alliance are to:

  • Increase the number of Under-Represented Minority (URM) students enrolling in STEM programs of study.
  • Increase URM student retention, persistence, and completion in STEM programs of study.
  • Increase URM student math literacy using evidence-based academic supports.
  • Increase the number of URM students matriculating into STEM baccalaureate degrees.
